separating learner account from parent account?

I have a parent account set up in my name. I set up a child account and then my child started doing courses however I must not have linked it correctly or something as all of the work is showing up under my name and not her account How do I separate the two and have it continue on on her account also accounting for the work she's already done?

Is the child logging into the child account or your parent account?

As I understand it, KA staff have no way to move credit for work from one account to the other. If her work is still showing up under your account, I suggest using the "Report a problem" in the upper right of the screen to get quicker support from the KA Support Team.
