Can you have the student verify that they are logged into their account? They should see their name listed in the top-right corner of the website. Usually, this issue is caused by the student accessing their assignments via a bookmarked page, but without being logged into their account.

 

If that doesn't work, please have them submit a support ticket and we would be happy to assist them!
