The total learning time listed under Progress doesn't match up for the amount of time my son was doing a course. I was watching my son work for an hour and after one hour it said 7 exercise minutes and 23 total learning... Another day he worked for an hour, and under Progress it said 13 exercise minutes and 37 total learning...
How come it doesn't indicate an hour worked each day?

The Progress tab only shows time spent on learning parts of the site (videos, articles, and exercises). Time spent navigating or accessing non-learning parts of the site (discussion forums, profile pages, and CS projects) is not recorded in the progress report.
If you've verified that he was watching videos or doing practice exercises the majority of the time and is still missing activity minutes, please let us know here so that we can take a closer look at the problem.
