Urgent Help Needed – Logged Out of My Khan Academy Account with Error 500
Hi Khan Academy Team and Community,
I’ve been using Khan Academy regularly for the past 10+ weeks to prepare for the Digital SAT, primarily focusing on English reading and writing and Math section through my laptop. Today, while I was practicing, I accidentally double-clicked somewhere (I’m not sure exactly where), and the website suddenly reloaded.
After that, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Now, every time I try to log back in, I get the following error message:
Returned error 500: {"data":null,"errors":[{"message":"Error talking to backend service"}]}
I’ve tried refreshing the page and even restarting my browser, but the issue persists. I’m really concerned about losing all the progress I’ve made over the past 10 weeks.
Can someone from the technical support team or community please help me resolve this issue? I truly value the platform and would be very grateful to regain access to my account and continue my learning.
