Units completed are not showing up as completed
I have seen numerous posts here with students reporting that the "Resume" section on their dashboard does not update. The response from KA is usually "We cannot replicate this problem", or "It should be working OK. Just complete the unit and it should move to the next. "As someone with nearly 6,000,000 energy points (I'm not boasting, just trying to establish that this is a long-standing problem!), I would like to report the fact that there is definitely something buggy in your 'resume' and 'completed' code. It may not show up very often, but certain units are definitely problematic. Every once in a while, the icon in the units scroll down area to the left will not show the blue 'completed' bar, or only half a bar will show up.
Maybe when you try to replicate the problem you could ask the person which unit(s) are misbehaving. I, for one, would be happy to work with you. It is frustrating to diligently complete every unit of a course only to have it show up as incomplete, not to mention having two-year-old resume notifications stubbornly hanging about your dashboard.
