Hey there, my child's teacher is using Khan Academy, yay! In order to get her teacher added as a Coach we entered in the class code, I accepted the teacher as a Coach logged into my parent Khan Academy account. Her teacher has created assignments which we're not seeing on my child's dashboard. I'm not entirely sure what to do from here, and the teachers seem pretty confused too. I know of at least one other child in her class having the same problem. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Rob,

Your child should see a tab on the left side of their learner dashboard that looks similar to this:

If you cannot find the section for her class with the assignments, I would recommend seeing if it still shows that your child is in the class, and if it still shows that she is, submit a support ticket so that a member of the support team can help you figure out the issue. Note that assignments posted before your child joined the class will not show up, only assignments posted after.
