I'm wondering if Kahn Academy is having problems with their software because we are all having the same problem. We might have to wait a couple of hours to see if it goes away

There was an incident recorded earlier today involving exercises, and my guess is that the 'Error Code: Fatal' message may have been involved. It is marked as resolved now, but if you are still having issues with this, please submit a support ticket.
