Text-to-speech features for younger, Special Education, and English Language Learners would be beneficial

Need help from enrollment on a 2nd and 8th graders needing all Core Classes In Special Education.
Been traumatized and grandsons live with us the Grandparents having Sole Custody Through Tennessee Courts.
Tennessee is the State which we reside.
Thank you and please respond ASAP.
Don't want them to get behind.
Homeschooling them ourselves.
Just need guidance please.

Where do I go on Website to enroll 2nd and 8th graders in Special Education classes.
8th graders, needs math, history, social studies, art. Taking Music (Guitar) for extra curriculum activities.
2nd grade grandson is Doing Khan Academy kids, he's 7.5 year's old
Can't read yet but trying, can't do math much but can count objects add them.
Spelling trying really hard.
Can do match objects one to another.
If really slow if it reads aloud will repeat words as spoken but has hard time remembering next day.
Can write his name (First-Jayce.)
Need guidance on how to know which classes they take 8th graders - 13.5 year's old.
Please respond telling me where to go on Khan Academy Website to put them in EIP Classes for their grades 8th and 2nd. Have computer with Windows 10 on 8th graders.
2nd grade has Chromebook.
We do have printer, scans, prints.
Do I get report cards like public schools or how does this work?

Same here. The my chromebook didn't allow for the suggested software extensions; nor does the setting for text-to-speech work with highlight text/nor the chrome vox enabled (unless I am missing something).  My son is 4.5 and hasn't learned to read but can answer the math questions if I read the directions and question aloud to him.  My 7 year old daughter (who can read) uses the read aloud feature in IXL every time (which now makes sense as I am now homeschooling and realizing she is an auditory learner). 

Anyone with a chromebook have a workaround suggestion? My vote is an added feature within Khan :)

I'm sorry that nobody got back to you.  Khan Academy is not a school, it's a resource used within schools, by homeschoolers, and by individuals. 

If your grandsons need IEPs, those are documents that the schools use to make sure that they get accommodations to be able to access the material and learn the best that they can.
