So the first thing you should figure out is what exactly gets in the way of studying alone. Is it a lack of motivation, distractions, or something else? If it’s a lack of motivation I recommend taking a moment to focus on your goals. Why are you studying bio? Do you enjoy it, or is it just a necessity for a future goal. 

If it’s distractions, then I recommend getting out of the house. Go to a starbucks or something. This way you are making a positive action of setting away time for exclusive study. Also turn your phone on “do not disturb”. You deserve the time for yourself. 

Also maybe you can find a tutor. If this is not feasible maybe try to find a friend or fellow classmate to study with you. Much Luck!
