Club/Group system with private chat & special settings for leaders?

Leaders:

- Create projects based on subjects (Like Javascript simulations or SQL databases)

- Recruit members.

- Remove members.

- Control if their club has a chat & if it is open to the public

- Give members special privileges like recruiting & creating projects

- Create assignments

- Create notifications

Members:

- Use the club chat

- Contribute code to projects

- Recommend/Create projects

- Leave whenever they want

Chat can be:

- Open for the public to view

- Only members can post comments & help requests

Users that aren't members can:

- View club statistics

- View chat rules

- Request to join (Unless they have a child account)
