i cannot message anybody it says i have too many of the same type what should i do?

We have some limits in place to prevent abuse of the discussion features. If you make too many posts within a certain time period, you will be restricted from posting until that limit resets.

Most users will not encounter these limits through normal site usage, but if you happen to see an error message when posting you may need to wait up to 24 hours for the limit to fully reset.
