Adding Tools to the Scratchpad in Tests and Quizzes

did this ever happen? I'm trying to find the geometry tools and I cant. how do we rotate shapes and dilate things like in the video?

I don't know, its been awhile sense I suggested it and I haven't seen any updates about it yet.
