My 16 year old sister who has a verified email address can't post anything and sign in to KA Help Center.

Hi there!

My sister has been quite agitated lately since she can't log unto the KA community center.

She is a good girl and was never banned, I think, so can you tell me to tell my sister what to do about this?

I'm posting this for her since she can't ask for help here.
