Structure with homeschooling
I'm thinking of homeschooling my 9 year old daughter. Is there a structure to follow on Khan Academy to make sure I cover all areas needed for 4th grade?
Thanks
Clark

Hi Clark
I'm home educated and i would advise you let your daughter choose what she would like to do, the more structured you make it the more likely she will get bored.
Here are some websites that could help

:-)
Thanks for your reply. And thanks for the links. I'll check them out. I was looking for structure or a curriculum guide to make sure I didn't miss any of the things she needed to know in 4th grade and agree don't want her to get bored.
Thanks again for your advice.
Clark
We homeschool our children and they love having something to look forward. We ask they to at least earn 1% in their grade each day that they work on their math. This allows them to work at it and they do even keep working after they have earned their 1% for the day!
You can use the 4th grade Mission, and work through the content listed here https://www.khanacademy.org/math/cc-fourth-grade-math
Also think of ways to incorporate in life - cooking is great for helping to understand fractions and measurement, etc.
