First off I am only a student but I am sorry no one has even commented on your posting. Khan Academy has already made this possible I unfortunately wasn't aware until I studied the Teacher and Parent resources here is a link

This allows the ability to run offline or even little internet usage also you may be interested in Khan Academys app which is for Ipad or Android.

I hope this may be of some help to your and your posting usally I spend my time learning but I am a active student on here.

Good luck on learning hope you continue to  use KhanAcademy.org as it has the most content of interactive exercises ,videos etc.
