Creole translations?

Great, thanks.  I've followed and completed that form earlier today.  I got a form response to go ahead and start translating a few videos using the portal --> youtube subtitling tool.  When I get to the subtitling tool, there's no option for Creole: https://www.youtube.com/timedtext_video?v=Q4kxgMH46mY  (of the 187 languages available, Creole is absent)
