Unable to sign in on the app

I signed in on the website with my email and password but when I downloaded the app i filled it the email and password but it said " there is an issue signing in"

Ditto this - might've joined a long time ago but just reconnecting with the website platform and trying the app now. But can't sign in. Tried resetting the password, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache. Haven't tried the Google sign in but concerned I'll just be restarting an account.
