Where are the Questions and Tips and Thanks?

Hvordan kan vi hjælpe?

Since KA rolled out their new UI stuff (which is awesome by the way), I've noticed that the Questions and Tips and Thanks at the bottom of videos and articles have disappeared:

(pardon my poor computer handwriting)

Is the absence of the Questions and Tips and Thanks intentional? Or has it just been overlooked by KA?

Hi asherhe,

The updated video, article, and exercise pages are still a work in progress and will continue to receive updates throughout the next few months, including adding back the discussion area under the videos and articles. The team opted to release the update without some of these features in order to ensure the core experience was available to classroom users before the fall.

I'm afraid I don't have an exact timeline for when the discussions will be added, but rest assured that they are coming back soon! For more information on these changes, please see this announcement.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!

So does this mean that it will work again soon? Or is it like this forever? I'm experiencing same problems.

ZekeD,

I'm guessing you're enrolled in a class and getting Khan Academy Reimagined (came out in June 2026), which does not have the discussion area.

(There are ways to get out of Reimagined, but I'm not that familiar with them. There are explanations somewhere here in the Support Community.)
