Hello Aditya singh!
Yes, it is possible to learn pre-calculus in three months, but that depends on your time and dedication to the course.
And for the differential equations, I'd recommend you study further(depending on your interest in the differential equations ) which possibly takes about 4 - 6 months. But you need to study as much as you need to understand the course. If you don't understand the material after 3 hours of studying, then you need to study more with extra hours to complete the entire course.
You should have the facility with the calculus of basic functions, eg: trigonometric and hyperbolic functions, including linear algebra(understanding linear equations, etc.) and word problems. Two ways of studying differential calculus are either learning the basic methods to solve them or the theory where you ask questions about the existence and reasons for the equations.
In future situations, if you struggle with the course, you may need to do a lot of word problems for each one that you find difficult, but you will ultimately master the topic if you are persistent. You can start here for the differential equations course.
Happy studying!
~Galaxy
