Hi dhunter,

There is not a way to transfer classes or students from one teacher account to another, so the only way to accomplish this would be to give them permanent access to your Khan Academy account.

To do this, you can change your password and then provide them with the new login information. Once logged in, they can switch the email listed on your account to their own email in order to effectively transfer ownership of the account to them.
