Adding an email address to a student's account, and deleting an account

I need someone from Khan to contact me. When I created my daughter's account, I accidently clicked the next year down instead of my daughter's birth year. She was born in 2012 not 2013.
I need someone to help me fix this.
I have tried adding her to my class, but after adding her, I cannot see her profile from the teacher's dash board.
I cannot delete her account, because I cannot get an email address added to her account.
Every single angle I approach this from blocks me, even though we both can log in just fine.
I had khan send another invite, trying to get her profile on my teacher's roster, and I have been monitoring the email, and khan won't or can't send the email.
This is a mess.
