I am trying to cancel my account which renewed yesterday without a heads up from Khan academy. The help section says that there is a cancel button under settings but I only see a "delete account" button and I want to request a refund. When I tried to email back to support I got a reply telling me that the email address is not monitored. I'm also not seeing a way to contact support. I'd rather not have to dispute the charge. Any ideas?
