Banning and Programs Against the Guidelines

I have a couple of questions about KA guidelines.

First of all, can you see when a comment/Tips and Thanks/question is flagged? I am aware that if one of your programs get hidden, a guardian will send you a message, but does the same happen for comments?

Second of all, are subpages (in the coding section) against the KA guidelines in some form or fashion? I have heard things that subpages will get hidden, so I'm not sure if they aren't allowed on Khan. (including Sub Threads)
