Quiz/ Unit Tests Scores not recording as complete

I have several students who have completed Quizzes and Unit Tests in front of my eyes, but the scores aren't showing up as a completed assignment. For other students in the same class, there is no issue for the same assignment. Are they doing something different that I am unaware about?

It's causing a lot of stress, as students are completing the assignment sometimes more than 5 times and still not getting credit for it.

Hi Chantel Brischke,

it could be because, in order for the exercise or the quiz/test that you have assigned them may be ruled as incomplete because the student hasn't gotten all of the answers correct or if it is an article/video then in order for those to be marked as complete, the student has to fully watch the entire video and view the articles for a minimum of 3 seconds, if not then it marks them as uncompleted on your end.
