What should be going through my mind when I take the SAT? When I am confident and think that "I can do this" I do worse than when I am anxious and worried. I am poor at the Reading and Writing sections so I am really stressed to do well, but then I become tired and can't focus on the math section. I don't know what to do and need some advice.

If you haven't already, I strongly encourage you to check out the resources in the "How to Prep for the SAT" section. In particular, you may find the "Building your growth mindset" and the "Tips for test day" articles to be helpful.
