Addition of GCSE and A Level content

It would be really helpful if GCSE and A-Level courses were added to KA. I've seen the Indian Syllabus content and I think it would make KA that much better and more accessible if there was content for the British Curriculum too.

There is quite a lot of overlap between IGCSE/GCSE and A-Level courses and the US/Indian ones. Look through your textbook to find matching chapters and exercises :)
