I’d rather go straight to HTML for webpages, rather than starting with JavaScript. I’ve made webpage as before, but it was decades ago. Also, I think I need to learn CSS. Maybe.

Yep, you can definitely go directly to the HTML/CSS Intro Course. :)

Just keep in mind that if you intend to take the "HTML/JS: Making webpages interactive" course, you'll need to take Intro to JS first.
