SAT & ACT for students with disablities (even the sat and act practice)

So i'm at student with a learning disability and i'm trying best to do the SAT practice to earn scholarship money because i'm a part of 2021 graduating class. My question is why don't we have an option for the SAT or ACT? I just want to know because all students are the same.
