Not recording students completion or scores

have this problem be going on for a while, try recording on your last moves or visit the Khan Academy help center. You can also contact the help desk.

Hi Carla,

We see this kind of situation fairly frequently, and it could be due to a few scenarios. If you don’t mind, could you please verify the following:

• Your students are completing the assignments while logged into the accounts that are connected to your teacher account. You can verify their account credentials from your dashboard directly if need be.
• Your students are only completing the assignments after they have been assigned. If they complete assignments before having them assigned, they will not be reflected in your Teacher dashboard.
• Your students are completing the assignments that have been assigned to them. To check if assignments have been assigned to all students, please visit the Manage tab on your class settings.

If this does not resolve the issue, I’m eager to look into it further. If this is the case, could you please submit a support ticket with the following information:

• The email/username of at least one student who is having this issue
• An example of an assignment that they have completed that is not populating on your end
• A screenshot of what you see for this assignment vs what your student sees from their end for the assignment
• The class name and code where this is happening
• What device they are using to complete assignments
• If at all possible, could you please have your student share a screen recording of them completing a video and it not showing up as completed on their end?

This will help us investigate more thoroughly by tracking the exact actions that could be triggering this issue.
