Logging child into app without email address

It sounds like you're using the Khan Academy Kids app, which is different than the regular Khan Academy app. If you created your child's account on the desktop site, then your child will need to use the regular Khan Academy mobile app, not the Kids app.

Hi, not sure if this is the correct section for my question... a bit overwhelmed with all the options.

I have a classroom set up for my PreK class. they have become experts navigating at school utilizing the app. However now that they are at home learning. I have asked parents to download the app for the child to continue working on their skills but.... is there an individual log in that Ican provide to each student so I can continue looking at their progress and track their time on the app?

Sorry for the late response here! We've seen a huge increase in support requests over the past several weeks, so I appreciate your patience here.

Did you create your students' accounts for them, or did you use the Google Classroom import option?

If you created their accounts for them, you can access their usernames via their account settings. You won't be able to view their passwords, but you can reset the password on their account if needed (instructions for all this here). Once you've got their usernames and passwords, they can login using their username/password combination on the app.

If you imported from Google Classroom, they should be able to login using the Google sign-in option within the app. They will need to know their Google email address and password for this. If they don't have know their login information, you'll need to contact your district IT administrators to obtain that information.
