Request: Ability to delete SAT practice test scores

I recently took an sat practice test and the scan to score on the sat app linked to my khan academy account was inaccurate, causing the score to register as a 400 (which would mean zero questions right) before I could re-enter my ACTUAL score manually. It affected my practice reccomendations, as the website now probably thinks I got zero questions right at some point. If possible, could you create a way to delete practice test scores?
