ye so after learning some Math and Physics I decided to learn some JS. And when I do the videos on the other courses be cause it is embeds of youtube videos so I can change it speed pretty easy. But when I do the code walk-through I don't see any option to change it anywhere. Just the button that say 'Watch on Youtube'. Which I think doesn't rewards Energy Points and Badges right?

There is currently not a way to speed up the computer programming talk-throughs since they are played through a different player.
And yes, videos must be watched via the Khan Academy site in order to gain energy points and badges.
