I had a question marked wrong on one the questions asking whether a point on a graph shown was a solution to a system of an inequality. The point was an intersection of the two lines. I didn't get much from hints section either explaining why. If you could clarify on why I got it wrong, it would be much appreciated

I see that you have got a question wrong and also couldn't understand it from hints, I think the best way to encounter such a problem if I was you is to rewatch the video of that particular topic and revisit the exercise and this time you will have better understanding of that topic.
