Unfortunately we do not yet have a way to add co-teachers to a class on Khan Academy, but this seems to be a popular request, so I'm sure the developers will keep this idea in mind for future updates!
As a workaround, one way to allow multiple teachers to access a class is to create a shared account that owns the class. Then all co-teachers can log in via the same account to look at the students' progress.
