How to download content for use in community college

Hello, I am the head of the economics division for Columbia State Community College.  I am in the process of switching the courses at our college from using publisher content to all OER content.  I want to use Khan videos and content manager specialist at C State says that all content must be hosted on our own web-site.  Is there a way to download the Khan vidoes and upload them into our web-site.  I realize that all credit will have to be given to Khan before the videos.  Per the information on this post:
