Update: NEW Support Center Design!

Looks amazing! Thanks for the great new help center design, KA team!

Please embed the support center into the mobile apps! Or to keep the app size manageable, put it in a separate app!

And the one other thing - please integrate it more with the main site so I don’t have to log in each time! At least my user ID and password are saved.

Could you open your feedback into a new post I will have the team turn your requests into the ticket , also I can't guarantee the time frame of when they will be implemented but I definitely agree with you we could apply more to the app.

Well, I think it would look quite beautiful if it was displayed correctly. But unfortunately half of this post is covered by the menu ("Our mission is to provide..."), the title of this post is messed up and as I wanted to check wether someone answered to a question of mine all lines were above each other so that I wasn't able to read anything.
I am using Windows Phone 8.1 with the standard browser.
I already resigned myself to be not able to make tests and challenges due to bugs with the keyboard and not to see comments beneath the videos, but it is always a bit sad to lose functions due to updates... and no, there is no Windows Phone app.
But I am sure you will be able to mend it again😊

If tt seems like the issue is going to require some deeper troubleshooting, filing a ticket might be the right call if you notice something odd on the website. But for feedback or simpler issues, posting in the forum is great!

Can you guys give back the old interface back please? because I don't like the new the interface ok?
