So I'm wanting to learn all off the math. I'm horribly bad at math so I need to learn from the ground up. Of course I know to do 1st and 2nd grade and so on in order but what about courses like arithmetic or basic geometry and measurement? Where do those fit in? Could someone please give an order of how to learn every math course? Thank you!

Same problem here... I've been trying to figure it out but it's really unclear... It's pretty annoying to me that Kahn doesn't provide clear learning paths.
First off, you can skip all the "Get ready for..." courses all of those lessons will be covered in the regular courses as well.
Second, I noticed that some of the general courses are integrated into the "Xth grade" courses. For example, if you do the "Arithmatic" course first. you will have done some of the arithmatic lessons in the "Xth grade" courses but still have many gaps. The other way around will give you the most lessons and at the same time you will have completed "Aritmatic". This also counts for some other courses. I think those are Algebra basics / Basic geometry / Pre-algebra.
For this reason I would recomend to just start with the Xth grade courses 1-8. This will keep you busy for quite some time already and lay a solid foundation.
For the remaining courses I'm still very much figuring out how it is, but I noticed they can be divided into four categories, and I think the order I've given them within each category is roughly right. However, you can do the categories simoultanously or in any order you like.
ALGEBRA:
GEOMETRY
STATISTICS
CALCULUS
For the science courses it's pretty easy, first Middle school, then High school, then College, and within those I would usualy go Physic > Chemistry > Biology > Others
I hope this helps... I'm sorry I couldn't give a clear cut answer. Also just figuring it out along the way. Hope Kahn improves this soon!

UPDATE:
I just completed all grade X courses, so I checked how this impacted other courses...
In the "Math: pre-k - 8th grade" library you can find "(Eureka Math/EngageNY)" versions and "(Illustrative Math-aligned)"versions of most grades. Both of these feature extra lessons not covered by the original Grade X courses. However, this is a very small amount. I also do not know if it would work the other way around maybe if you complete the Eureka courses, you will miss out on some original lessons... But there's no way of being sure.
Now I can say with certainty these courses are fully covered by the original Grade X series:
