He's trying to do this with his personal email account and it keeps going back to his school account. He has worked on minutes in front of me and he still shows up with 0 minutes! He needs help!!!!

Could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? This sounds like an account-related issue, so that's something that would be better handled via a private support ticket instead of the public community forums.
