Do practice exercises use the same questions as tests?

I feel like I'm re-answering the same questions on the full-length practice tests that I did on the individual exercises/modules. Is khan academy reusing the same questions?

We do not reuse questions on the full exams. You may see repeats within the individual practice modules if you work through all the available content, but everything on the full-length exams will be fresh!

I feel the same way. For the time being, lets just switch out some of the numbers and recreate a worksheet or something for the sake of practice.
