Real Time points for a class

You are correct, the real time points view is gone.

Is there any hope that this feature will be returning? My students loved to see their progress as a class.

I'd like to add my voice to this post about the Real Time Points View. I'm so sad to see it gone now. My classes always request it and find it so motivational to see the graph line move as they work. Please bring it back. Thank you.

I agree! I loved the real time points and would love the functionality back. 

You folks are not alone -- we've made sure that the Khan Academy coding team knows that the Real Time view is sorely missed.  :-\

Just about to post the same question.  We miss the Real Time feature and seeing total class energy points!  Maybe it's in a new place??  If not, please bring it back.

I am also quite sad to not have the point tracker....my students loved to compete against each other for the highest number of points earned each day. It was quite motivational for them. 

I want the real time energy points back!!! Why would they drop that?

Oh it is gone?? Why?? The kids loved watching that graph and seeing how many points their class earns.  Now I have to calculate the points myself (sob).  Please please bring it back soon.  My students and I thank you. =)

YES!  Please bring back Real Time.  My kids loved it, it was a great motivator!

We had a lot of fun as a class trying to figure out the time window on the average.

I would love for that to come back too! Great for rewards and for kids to see their progress.

I absolutely agree that we need this back. Our kids are gearing up for our yearly Khan Academy contest, and the Real Time graph was awesome to have in class. 

I agree!  We would have a competition between homeroom classes to see who could get the most energy points before our testing.  Please bring it back.

Still looking for a way to see my students' energy either in real time or within a certain date range.

Is there any way of doing that again?

Hello Mr. Dortheo! You can see energy points in the Activity tab (see image below) and you can use the drop down menu for Activity time range. 

Or you can click the Progress tab then scroll down to Take me to the old Progress tab (see image below).

Any progress on this? I have been out of teaching for two years, and now getting a new batch of teachers up to speed in Khan. I described the realtime graph and student motivation, and the teachers were all excited for it, only to find that it seems to be gone. Clearly Khan has heart that it is missed. Now, two years since the concerns started flowing in, has Khan reinstated the feature? Or just hoping the old diehard teachers will forget about it?

I am STILL missing this feature. Could it have eaten up too many computing resources?
