Student Progress Not Updating

Hello Jennie Clarke,

it may be because under her progress tab where it says my progress, there should be a way to adjust the range of the time of her progress. It gives her latest activity under the "My progress" statement then it should either say Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Custom range. May you check and see which one hers is on and if it is either on the Last 7 - 30 days or custom, I suggest putting it on "Today" in order to see all the progress that she has made for today.

I have the same issue. It has gaps and doesn't show all the work she has done. She has been logging in everyday to do math but somedays are not even logged in the history.

I have already changed the section to "Today", "last 7 days", etc but still not showing everything.

How can this be fixed.
