SAT score delayed

I took the oct 2023 SAT and on the score releasing day I got an email saying that my scores has been delayed and now it's been 2weeks since I got the mail and there is no further update.Has anyone here experienced a similar situation, if yes, please share your experience and let me know when can I expect to get my scores.
