I know this is a different website but i need someones to answer if they had the same problem and how to solve it i made an account to register for the sat on the college board website everything is good until i reach the payment part it keeps loading with a pop up that says processing your payment then after ten minutes it tells me that i have timed out and they did not process my payment i tried different visa cards all the same i contacted my visa company they said some websites dont accept pre paid visa or master cards i tried contacting college board they dont respond so we only get pre paid cards in iraq no credit or debit

did anybody encounter the same problem and how can i solve it please ?

Since this is an issue related to the College Board website, this is not something that is within the scope of Khan Academy's support team.

To resolve your issue, you will need to contact the College Board directly. There are several contact options available here: https://about.collegeboard.org/contact-us

It sounds like you may have emailed them already? If you didn't get a response, then I suggest using one of their live phone support options since that may have a better chance of getting you connected to someone. It looks like there's several different U.S. and international phone numbers available for the different tests they offer.
