There are special accommodations for students with disabilities college board explains it well in this link .

First off you would print off the forms and need physicians,letters of Disability etc. This also depends on what accomodations you need for example private room,extended time, nurse etc. which then the testing centre will decide if they can accomodate and provide the services a person needs during testing.
