Maths roadmap?

Hi! There used to be the World of Math Mission on Khan Academy that offered you exactly that - a panoramic view of all Math skills on the platform from Kindergarten to Calculus and Statistics.

On the current mastery system of courses, there's a few things you can do.

Look at your Courses drop-down and see the mastery percentages displayed for various Math courses, and figure out what you need to master.

The Math domain page also lists most courses in order of grade level and difficulty — the order isn't perfectly aligned that way given some courses are more recent than others. But it should give you an indicator of the pathway from Early Math, Arithmetic, and Pre-Algebra through Geometry, Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Trigonometry, and Statistics.

There are also curated Math pathways of Math 1, 2, and 3, and the various grade level courses also might have specific skills tailored to curricular standards alongside the broader foundational Math skills you'll find in the thematic courses too.

I hope this helps, and besides Khan Academy, you might want to check out Schoolhouse.world, a free volunteer tutoring platform also founded by Sal Khan. You can get live tutoring there, and even tutor students yourself — and get certified in Khan Academy Math courses (which in fact is a prerequisite to tutoring there)

That used to be a feature (the Knowledge Map) but it was removed in 2013 in favor of the now-also-removed Missions system.

Thanks - that's interesting to learn. Does make me wonder the reason for the (near) absence of such a resource. (I even searched for Missions in the homepage and didn't get any hits of this nature.)

Thanks, G. Tarun, that's very helpful. In my case I can find workarounds to orient myself towards my study goals: more than anything I was flagging what looks to me like a surprising gap in the KA ecosystem.

Appreciate too the nod to the Schoolhouse.world platform, which I was unaware of. I'll keep it in mind moving forward.
