Unable to access Chat GPT4 on the learn tab

I am setup as a teacher through iTeach and they don't seem to be able to help.  I am stuck and can't move forward with my assignments.  I keep getting screenshots telling me to set up the way my system is already setup and this has me at a stand still.

I was thinking of deleting both my iTeach and Khanmigo accounts and starting over with new emails and seeing if that may fix the problem.
