Multiple emails about account deletion.

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the warning emails you’ve received may be for an older or inactive account associated with your email address. If you’ve logged into the account you regularly use and haven’t seen any alerts there, that account should be safe and won’t be deleted.

Sometimes users have multiple accounts linked to the same email, which can cause some confusion. To be sure, we recommend submitting a support ticket here: https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=182807
