One of my students pointed out that they were at the "Proficient" level and repeated the exercise and ended up moving backwards to the "Familiar" level. Now the skill shows no indication of their proficient progress. On occasion they have also started an exercise that was already completed and then it falls back to "Attempted". Can this be changed?
If he had a proficient level and then repeated the exercise and ended up moving backwards to Familiar is because he failed more than two times on the exercise. When achieving proficiency, don't repeat the exercise. You have to go the unit test, to get the mastery but don't fail any exercise.
