Unable to start lesson videos

I cannot start a lesson video using my Lenovo ThinkPad notebook.  I can do this when using my Android phone.

The PrintScreen below is an example of a lesson video that I cannot start.  It acts like an image that is not interactive.  

I am using windows 10 pro with google chrome.  To the best of my knowledge these are up to date.  Or I should say I use auto update.
