Khan Academy videos will not load on the apple ipads 13.4.1

I suggest that you use Report a Problem in the top right (incorrectly stated as "left" in my original message) of every Support Community screen. This will get your problem to the right person more quickly.

I am also an iPad user but as an inndependent adult learner. The latest version of my operating system is 13.6.1. I realize that in an institutional setting, updates to software, including operating system software, can't usually be doen by individual users. But if you could get your school or school district to authorize updating to 13.6.1 (or later, if i'm not even up-to-date, but I think I am), maybe things will improve.

However, I suggest contact Khan via Report a Problem before you consider updating your operating system. It may turn out to be a known problem for which they can provide a better work-around.

I can relate to videos & unit tests not loading on iPad. I recommend you access Khan Academy through your browser. Not as comfortable, but you can keep learning without any inconveniences.
